About Me My name is Daniel Vergara, and I’m from Brownsville, Texas currently living in San Antonio. My journey in real estate started with a spark — a seed planted by my first landlord. He had renovated a historic building that looked like something out of the Alamo, and I was captivated. Watching that old space come back to life with character and charm inspired me. It showed me that real estate isn’t just about property — it’s about creating something meaningful.
That landlord wore many hats: Realtor, landlord, architect, and builder. I saw how powerful it was to combine those roles, and I knew I wanted to follow a similar path. I earned my real estate license, then studied Construction Management at UTSA to deepen my knowledge. Most recently, I've been working on my loan officer license to better serve my clients — because understanding the lending process is key to helping people succeed in their real estate goals.
When I’m not in the real estate world, you’ll find me out at the ranch. There’s nothing more grounding than tending to horses and livestock — feeding them, caring for them, cleaning up after them. It’s therapeutic, and it keeps me connected to nature. Riding horses and being out on the land reminds me why I do what I do: to help others build lives full of purpose, freedom, and home.

I also work closely with trusted home inspectors who are part of my team. Having an inspector on our side can be a major advantage — especially when uncovering imperfections that can help us negotiate the price down.
